Jenn has harnessed her 30+ years of experience with metaphysical studies and alternative healing modalities into her path of service to help enrich other's lives. She works as a Reiki Master, Intuitive Energy Healer, Certified Crystal Healer, as well as a Certified Shamanic Star Sound Healer. Sound healing can help to unblock, balance, and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body, mind, and spirit to heal in a therapeutic way. This is done by synchronizing your body’s frequency with those of healing sounds-- these sounds/frequencies/vibrations can bring us back to a state of harmony and peace – ensuring the wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. The type of sound healing Jenn does can take you on a Shamanic journey to help release anything that needs to be released at that time. Jenn incorporates many different instruments into her sessions including crystal bowls, rain sticks, wind gong, koshi chimes, and drumming- all played in a very intentional way to take you on that journey of relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation.
